media lubricated stainless steel The Junior Jetstream D3000 is the smallest and most versatile of the "Jetstream" family and uses the same tried and tested operational characteristics.

Manufactured in Stainless Steel (AISI 316) the Junior's body is supplied with a polished finish to reduce cargo clingage, a mirror finish is also available where hygiene standards are critical. For additional versatility the Junior Jetstream D3000 can also be supplied in Duplex Stainless Steel (S39205) for pickling and passivation.

Lubrication by the wash medium alone removes the possibility of cargo contamination by gearbox lubricants.

A combination of nozzle sizes and cycle times allow the Junior D3000 to be tailor made to suit particular applications.

  • Quarter Cycle - 'Quick Rinse' facility.
  • Pelton Wheel Drive allows low working pressure meaning low water consumption.
  • Pressure balanced to reduce gear loading which prolongs the life of all components.
  • Lightweight but robust construction.
  • Additional modular gear assemblies available to provide alternative washing cycle times.
  • Unique feature: by simple changing the bottom plate a longer "dwell" cycle is available for cleaning after persistent cargoes.
